Bulevar Mexican Kitchen is now open, located in Northwest Austin at the former location of Z tejas Southwest Grill in the Arboretum.

Bulevar is a contemporary interior Mexican cuisine restaurant where melinia techniques and flavors meet new world methods. We provide an unmatched approach to traditional Mexican dining culture through the knowledge of our chef partner Kevin Taylor.

Kevin Taylor grew up in his family's Mexican restaurant, which has been serving the community for over 40 years. Bulevar is the second concept brought to the Austin area by Kevin, alongside Guy Vilavaso and Larry Foles of Guy and Larry Restaurants. Their first concept with Kevin, ATX Cocina, is located in downtown Austin at the corner of San Antonio street and Cesar Chavez. • Graciously and respectfully serve guests and interact with team members.
  

• Practice established specs and proper etiquette in serving guests
  

• Proper cash handling procedures
  

• Abide by all state, federal and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to the serving of alcohol
  

Job Requirements

• Ability to effectively communiate in English (Verbal and Written)
  

• Valid Food Handler's Certificate Required
  

• Valid Alcohol Server's Certificate Required
  

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
