Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Product Owner to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing to the co-creation of product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with portfolio goals. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The candidate must work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with virtual work on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the co-creation of Product Vision and Product Strategy tied to portfolio goals.
• Utilize technical knowledge such as A/B testing, product architecture, continuous deployment processes, DevOps practices, data models, analytics, and automation tools.
• Communicate regularly on OKRs, product roadmaps, planned development, upcoming releases, and areas requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate with other product team members to manage product dependencies and increments of value.
• Perform continuous product discovery and offer valuable solutions aligned with Product OKRs.
• Understand budgetary implications and organizational constraints when prioritizing areas of focus.
• Use data to define baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and prioritize backlog items.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, present new technologies/solutions, and identify unmet or underserved needs.
• Define and maintain a healthy backlog, adhering to organizational standards, and present backlog items to squads and external team members.
• Seek input from product, process, and technology areas to balance time-sensitive improvements for maintaining technical and product health.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, and Security.
• Influence leaders, squads, and peers on product strategy, roadmap items, OKRs, and upcoming releases.
• Practice agility in discovering and delivering value continuously.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in product ownership or a related field.
• Proficiency in ADO/AHA and requirement gathering.
• Strong project management skills and experience working with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Proven history of tracking deliverables and meeting timelines.
• Technical expertise in areas such as product architecture, DevOps practices, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and virtually on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay Range: $55 - $60/Hr.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
