QMHP-CS I/I Case Manager
- Works with youth and their families in school, mental health, community, home or office settings.
- Works with community and family for the purposes of creating and maintaining individualized service arrays for families.
- Provides case management and some skills training with children and families.
- Makes assessment and psychosocial evaluations and recommendations.
- Refers families of clients to appropriate social welfare and health agencies to obtain assistance.
- Performs Related Work as Required.
- Experience as set forth under Education.
- Must have current valid driver’s license and current and continued proof of liability insurance.
- Case management experience preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of emotional problems as well as rehabilitation/skills training and treatment approaches.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication and knowledge to enter clinical documentation.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Skills with good work habits, excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with computer operation.
- Level of general health permitting stooping, bending, climbing stairs and participating in moderately active recreational activities.
- Physical ability to perform CPR and PMAB skills.
- Must have and maintain a level of general health which permits the performance of job duties.
486 Salary: $45,000-$52,965 Depending on experience and education.
