Senior Scrum Master

Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach on a contract-to-hire basis to support two cross-functional product teams focused on front-end customization and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) back-end initiatives. This senior, hands-on role requires strong engagement with Director- and VP-level stakeholders in a fast-growth environment. The initial contract runs 3 months with a clear intent to convert to full-time based on performance, cultural fit, and leadership impact. Work Model

• On-site Monday-Thursday (required)
• Office presence will be validated during interviews

Key Responisbilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for two global teams
• Establish and mature Agile ceremonies and delivery cadence
• Implement Agile best practices across front-end and MES teams
• Remove blockers proactively; drive transparency and cross-team collaboration
• Support global expansion while maintaining delivery quality

Required Experience

• 6+ years as a senior Scrum Master
• Experience working with Director/VP stakeholders
• Strong Agile coaching background
• Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Operates independently with strong anticipation of needs
• Global/distributed team experience preferred
