We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

• Manager communication both verbally and written to leadership timely.
• Responsible for a team of technicians ensuring that they are closing jobs and completing the work in scope.
• Responsible for review and approve time off in systems
• Understanding of quality metrics and reporting
• Developing a culture of team environment
• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance
• Working with unions or managing a union environment
• Can use handheld tools
• AC/Electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to have hard conversations professionally and hold team members accountable
