Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients
• Conduct initial consultations with patients to discuss dental procedures, treatments, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their recommended treatment plans
• Act as liaison between Dentist and patient
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications promptly and professionally.
• Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options that may be offered
• Routinely follow up with patients throughout the course of treatment
• Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area
• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations

• Experience Required: 1+ years of Dental or Healthcare Receptionist experience
• Job Type:On-site. Full-time

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $13+ depending on experience
• Bonus Pay:up to $300 additional per month
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
