Your New Role

  • Perform residential HVAC service, preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics throughout Austin, Texas, and surrounding communities.

  • Diagnose heating and air conditioning system failures and provide dependable HVAC repair solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components, including compressors, blower motors, thermostats, capacitors, contactors, and electrical controls.

  • Diagnose airflow problems, refrigerant issues, electrical concerns, and overall heating and cooling system performance.

  • Explain HVAC repair and replacement options clearly so homeowners can make informed decisions.

  • Identify residential HVAC system replacement and retrofit opportunities when appropriate.

  • Educate customers about equipment performance, HVAC upgrades, energy-efficient solutions, and indoor air quality products.

  • Complete accurate service reports and customer documentation using company HVAC software and digital service platforms.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked HVAC service vehicle.

  • Coordinate with HVAC installation teams to create a smooth customer experience on equipment replacement projects.

  • Stay current on residential HVAC equipment, industry standards, troubleshooting methods, and service best practices.

  • Deliver high-quality workmanship that builds customer confidence and helps reduce callbacks.

  • 7 to 10+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.

  • Proven experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling equipment.

  • Experience identifying and closing residential HVAC replacement opportunities.

  • EPA Certification required.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Comfortable using mobile technology, digital service platforms, and HVAC software.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative HVAC service team.

  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
