Position Overview

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall performance and operations of the dealership, including sales, service, and finance departments. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can motivate teams, manage resources, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
• Ensure compliance with Ford Motor Company policies and procedures
• Lead and develop department managers and staff
• Analyze financial reports and adjust strategies to meet performance goals
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and marketing accordingly

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working at a Ford dealership (required)
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of dealership financials
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High ethical standards and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
