Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role is full-time preferred, although part-time options are open to discussion. The hospital sees dogs and cats and offers an opportunity to practice comprehensive veterinary medicine within a collaborative environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, including internal medicine, wellness and preventive care, surgery, dentistry, and more. Flexible scheduling is available, with doctor hours open to discussion. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The practice is well-equipped with digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, in-house laboratories, and additional modern equipment. Facilities include a surgical suite, dental suite, and in-house pharmacy. The hospital offers a full scope of GP services, including wellness, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, allowing veterinarians to provide comprehensive care across a broad range of cases.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
