We’re seeking Global Investing Specialists who enjoy assisting others as they trade in the foreign markets and want to grow their career with a top financial services firm.

In Global Investing Services, our vision is to be the most trusted Foreign Trade Desk on the street. We support Schwab’s domestic and international clients who trade on exchanges outside of the U.S.

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

• Series 7 and 63 licenses required
• 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Current or previous contact center experience
• Previous experience in customer service, client support and problem resolution skills
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Strong U.S trading experience, or familiarity with the securities industry and an understanding of options and equities

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
