BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

• Identify New Opportunities : Develop leads and actively reach out to businesses in the San Antonio area to present customized staffing solutions.
• Build Strong Relationships : By conducting in-person visits to establish trust and foster long-term client partnerships.
• Leverage Your Network : Create and grow a robust referral pipeline to generate continuous revenue.
• Manage the Sales Process : Utilize CRM tools to track leads, streamline your pipeline, and close deals efficiently.
• Drive Client Engagement : Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met and uncover new growth opportunities.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or a related industry.
• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
• The ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, it is not required.
