Your New Role

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections for residential customers

• Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions

• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, and additional services based on customer needs

• Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and customer communication

• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism

• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every service call

• Position is based in Fort Worth and surrounding areas

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for residential HVAC systems

• Experience with air conditioning, heating, ventilation, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license and must be insurable

• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and recommend solutions

• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

• Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule effectively

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
