Live Chat Agent
Job Description:
As a Live Chat Agent at CSI Engineering USA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through live chat to provide information, resolve inquiries, and address any issues.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assisting customers with product or service-related questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
- Preferred experience in the engineering or technology industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is a plus.
