COTA - Travel Contract

We‘re hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Fredericksburg, TX. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Texas required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. (Client requirement.)
• Experience assisting with implementation of individualized therapy plans and documenting patient progress under OT supervision. (Client requirement.)
• Ability to provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and patient/family education in an LTC population. (Client requirement.)
