Hybrid Legal Assistant needed for Galleria firm
Litigation Legal Assistant needed for busy team of Attorneys.
This position will be supporting (4) Attorneys.
Ideal candidate can work independently to maintain and complete numerous administrative and legal tasks of varying complexity.
Duties include:
- Assist the lawyers with typing, filing, working with briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Answering phone calls
- Travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
- Maintaining docket sheets, proofing, and reading documents to prepare for filing
- Setting up appointments, and assist in maintain lawyers' calendars.
- Generate, develop, and organize documentation and forms, and oversee and coordinate court filings, including E-filing and E-service.
