O ur client is a leader in the industry of providing safe water treatment and sewage services, which is a priority for sustainability of humanity. Many infrastructure expenditures approved by Congress this past year provide job stability for employees that work in this industry. This client hires all full-time associates through temporary agencies, so our roles are typically temp-to-hire. Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional and corporate roles. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and evaluate candidates, and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to identify, prioritize, and fill open positions
- Source, screen, and quickly shortlist qualified candidates from various recruiting platforms
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and verify experience
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer stages
- Maintain and optimize recruiting platform accounts to ensure effective candidate outreach
- Build and sustain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, including internships
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and university career centers
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring requirements
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional or corporate environments
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Pay Rate
- $23 - $33 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
