We're Hiring: Enrollment Assistant

Location: Main Campus
Schedule: Full-Time

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Join our Admissions team as an Enrollment Assistant and play a key role in supporting university-wide enrollment efforts for both on-campus and online programs.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for prospective students via phone and email
• Use approved scripts to guide students through the admissions process and connect them with Admissions Professionals
• Build excitement and rapport with potential students while delivering top-tier customer service
• Document all interactions in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed outreach activity goals to support enrollment targets
• Participate in our student mentor and Hallmark Character programs to promote our core values

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional communication skills—both on the phone and in person
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
• A team player with a passion for student success
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent attendance and customer service skills
• Availability for afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays

Preferred:

• Associate Degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in call centers or sales
