Licensed Professional Counselor in Tyler, TX

Role Overview- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Hold a valid full license as either a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC)
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
Compensation
Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $81,000 - $96,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.
We are unable to hire licensed clinical social workers for this position.
