Quality Control Technician
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and methods to assess and improve product, material, and operational quality.
- Focus on quality improvement programs and engage employees in quality enhancement efforts.
- Implement and maintain a compliant and cost-effective quality assurance system to ensure product reliability, safety, and effectiveness.
- Support operations by applying basic skills and techniques within defined SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Execute routine tasks and operations with a high degree of supervision and limited discretion.
Experience Required
- Entry-level experience with skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures.
- Training in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes within a specific functional area.
Skills & Certifications
- Knowledge of basic operating procedures for a functional area.
- Ability to complete routine tasks following clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Basic skills in analytical or operational processes, maintaining relevant licenses or certifications.
- Limited discretion in decision-making, with accountability for task execution under supervision.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Vocational education, training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in operations or quality assurance.
- Relevant licenses, training, or certifications as needed for specific tasks.
- Minimal to no discretion in decision-making, with strong adherence to quality standards and processes.
