Need Overall 10+Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


• 8 years of experience with Entity Framework.


• 8 years of experience with Oracle (PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Database Management, Performance Tuning).


• 8 years of experience in Data Modeling.


• 8 years of experience applying Design Principles.


• 6 years of experience with Blazor Server and Blazor WSM.


• 6 years of experience with Fluent UI.


• 5 years of experience using Bitbucket for version control.


• 5 years of experience with Nomad and Consul.


• 2 years of experience with .NET 8.0/9.0, C#, and Visual Studio.

Preferred:

• 5 years of experience working with JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, and Confluence


• 5 years of experience applying SCRUM/Agile methodologies.


• 3 years of experience working with Texas State Agencies.

Specific Skills:

• .NET 8.0/9.0, C#, Blazor, and Visual Studio


• Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning


• Crystal Reports development and integration


• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, Bitbucket


• Data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks


• Agile/SCRUM methodology expertise
