Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in internal and external communications, ensuring that messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand values. This role involves coordination across departments and client interactions to support the success of various campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Craft and edit clear, engaging internal and external communications

• Coordinate messaging strategies between departments

• Support the development of client-facing presentations and documentation

• Monitor and manage communication calendars and deliverables

• Conduct research to enhance message accuracy and alignment

• Assist in planning meetings, events, and announcements

• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications or client support role

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and communication platforms

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
