Warehouse Associate
National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Temp –Hire Warehouse Team Lead for our location in Houston, TX 77038.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise & lead a team of 20 warehouse associates, including new hires.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow loading schedules.
- Maintain clear communication with both warehouse staff and management regarding operations and performance.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
Available Schedule:
Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed)
1st Shift: 5:30am. To 2:30pm.
Starting Pay Rate:
$14.00-18.00 per hour based on Performance.

Requirements:
- Must be authorize to work lawfully in the U.S.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker)
- Updated Resume is required to apply.
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Leadership or supervising experience.
- Have and wear Steel toe boots (Required for safety)
- Own transportation to get to and from work on time.
- Background check & Drug test will be conducted.
- Be able to start working as soon as possible.
