What You'll Do- Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Luedeker Homes' quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and daily jobsite activities.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve issues before they impact the project.
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and architectural drawings.
- Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, photos, and updates in JobTread .
- Conduct quality inspections throughout construction and ensure issues are corrected promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite that reflects our standards.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team through proactive communication and professionalism.
- 5+ years of residential construction superintendent experience.
- Custom home or high-end residential construction experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Experience using JobTread or similar construction management software.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive professional who takes ownership, follows proven processes, and keeps projects moving forward.

- $60,000-$70,000 annual salary , based on experience
