In this role, you won't just "process orders"—you will drive customer loyalty by ensuring every interaction is seamless, secure, and expert-led.

Your Impact

• Voice of the Brand: Manage inbound calls and emails, turning inquiries into positive experiences.
• Order Integrity: Process orders with precision, including payment verification and proactive fraud prevention.
• Relationship Management: Use our multi-channel systems to document interactions, ensuring our team stays aligned, and our customers continuously taken care of.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving product catalog to provide "strategic" advice, not just scripted answers.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: Proven track record in customer support or "client success" roles.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills (you can explain complex topics clearly and kindly).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multi-channel communication tools.
• Resilience: The ability to turn a complaint into a solution while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Industry Interest: A genuine passion or interest in Firearms and Outdoor Sports is highly preferred.
