Role: Clerical Admin Associate
Schedule and Pay:
• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM ($20/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM ($22/hr)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 12:15 AM - 6:15 AM ($23/hr)
• Weekend Full-Time: Friday - Monday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM ($22/hr)
• Weekend Part-Time: Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM ($22/hr)

Assignment: Temporary Long-term. This is a production-line setting involving the handling of sensitive legal and financial documents.

Location: Lewisville, TX 75067

What you'll do:
• Prepare documents for processing by extracting payments and paperwork from mail envelopes
• Input and validate data into internal systems with accuracy
• Operate high-volume scanning equipment and ensure image quality
• Reconcile electronic reports with physical documents
• Perform routine tasks independently and escalate non-routine issues
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and confidentiality standards in a secure environment
• Follow all banking, security, and compliance procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years U.S. residence history
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship (birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate)
• Valid state-issued ID or driver’s license (not expired)
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to pass a detailed background and credit check
• Comfortable working in a high-security environment (no phones or smart devices allowed on the floor)
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• No time off allowed within the first 90 days
