Enterprise B2B Sales Representative Legal Tech
We are an institutional-grade IP Intelligence Platform. We provide data-driven predictive insights that replace expensive, manual intellectual property work, such as outside counsel watch services, M&A due diligence, and traditional competitive intelligence.
Our platform empowers Chief Revenue Officers, General Counsels, and corporate development teams to quantify the value of their patent portfolios, predict litigation risks, and identify lucrative white-space opportunities. We sell high-ticket subscriptions and project-based reports to organizations that are already spending heavily on IP defense and strategy.
**The Role**
We are building a remote, high-performing, commission-only sales team to drive our Go-To-Market strategy. You will be responsible for conducting outreach, running discovery calls, and closing deals with C-suite executives and senior legal professionals.
You do not need to hunt for cold prospects. We start warm: you will be calling into a pre-scored, segmented target list where we already know the exact size and growth rate of the prospect's patent portfolio.
**What We Provide**
1. Targeted Leads Database: You will be provided with a highly qualified leads database of organizations already segmented by their actual patent filing activity.
2. Comprehensive Training: We provide complete product and sales training, ensuring you understand our core analytical features (such as the Patent Citation Impact Score and Litigation Risk Predictor) and how to pitch them.
3. Marketing Support: Access to our free portfolio snapshot tool, which acts as a powerful top-of-funnel entry point to warm up your prospects before you pitch.
**Compensation Structure**
* 100% Commission: This is a performance-based role.
* Fixed Payout: You will earn a flat $500 commission for every closed sale.
* Uncapped Earning Potential: With a pre-qualified lead list and high market demand for AI-driven legal tech, high-volume closers can scale their earnings rapidly.
**Who You Are**
* Experienced B2B Closer: You have a proven track record in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Legal Tech, FinTech, or Enterprise Data.
* Executive Presence: You are completely comfortable and highly articulate when speaking with C-level executives, General Counsels, and VP-level strategists.
* Consultative Seller: You understand how to anchor pricing against expensive manual alternatives (like law firm billable hours) to demonstrate massive ROI.
* Self-Starter: You are disciplined, highly organized, and thrive in an autonomous, results-only environment.
