Front Desk Administrator (Medical Reception/Receptionist)
Job Summary:
Serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Manages check-ins/check-outs, phone communication, appointment coordination, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and handle registration.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain scheduling and assist with records.
- Collect payments and support patient flow.
Requirements:
