About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a detail-oriented Payment Poster to support daily payment posting and account reconciliation activities. This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite billing environment.

Job Description:

The Payment Poster will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments while supporting account research and balance resolution. This position works closely with billing and collections teams to prevent posting backlogs and maintain clean, up-to-date patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post payments accurately and efficiently to patient accounts on a daily basis.
• Research accounts to verify balances, review claim status, and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate payment variances and collaborate with billing staff to resolve issues.
• Ensure there is no lag in posting by maintaining consistent productivity and accuracy.
• Track follow-up items and maintain organized workflows.
• Support overall revenue cycle operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in medical payment posting or revenue cycle operations.
• Experience working in a high-volume clinic or specialty practice preferred.
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to post payments quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Work Model: Fully onsite
• Training: One-on-one training provided
