* Gain a deep understanding of AceDevShop’s architecture, tooling, and delivery processes
* Start shipping real production features using AI-assisted workflows
* Contribute improvements to development speed, automation, and code quality

* Independently own the full lifecycle of feature delivery
* Identify and implement opportunities to increase velocity and efficiency
* Collaborate closely with product and technical leads to accelerate delivery

* Deliver features faster and with higher quality than baseline expectations
* Mentor teammates on effective AI-driven engineering practices

## What You’ve Accomplished

* Proven experience delivering production-grade software using **AI-assisted or AI-driven development approaches**
* Strong hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, GPT/LLM APIs) across design, coding, testing, documentation, and release
* Solid technical foundation in **Python**, backend systems, and cloud-based architectures
* Experience with modern infrastructure and tooling (e.g. AWS or similar cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker)
* Strong ownership mindset — you ship, iterate, and take responsibility for outcomes
* Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with high expectations
