NuTeeth Dental Implants in Keller is growing and we need a skilled Surgical RDA to keep up with demand. We are a specialty practice focused on dental implants, All-on-X, dentures, and oral surgery — and we need someone who knows their way around a surgical suite and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for every patient.
What You Will Do
- Provide expert chairside assistance during implant surgeries, All-on-X cases, extractions, and other oral surgical procedures
- Set up and break down surgical operatories with precision and efficiency
- Take and process CBCT scans, digital X-rays, and intraoral images as needed
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and maintain a fully compliant clinical environment
- Ensure patient comfort and safety from pre-op through post-op
- Verify that all medical clearances are in place prior to surgery
- Document clinical notes accurately after each case
- Communicate clearly with patients about surgical prep, post-op care, and follow-up
- Collaborate with the lab and surgical team on case coordination and scheduling
What We Are Looking For
- Active Texas RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years of surgical or specialty dental assisting experience required
- Implant assisting experience strongly preferred
- Familiar with CBCT equipment and digital imaging systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and clinical skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to stay composed in a busy surgical setting
- Genuinely passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
