Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail- oriented Catering Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate food service while providing a level of hospitality that exceeds guest expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
• Knowledgeable of menu offerings
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports
• Adheres to location appearance| uniform guidelines
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Able to stand for extended periods
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Qualifications:
• Valid TABC (Alcohol| Liquor Certification)
• Excellent customer service, organizations, and time management
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain focused in a busy environment
