As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients in the real estate industry on a national scale.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and resilient mentality
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate/title industry, or a keen willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using CRM software
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales role
- Established book of business and a hunter mentality
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
