We are a growing local, franchise business looking for a dependable and reliable individual who is eager and ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our team. This is a hybrid position which will require working from home approximately 90% of the time. Candidates must live in the North Houston area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers
• Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
• Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails
• Assist sales team with selling services over the phone
• Maintain accurate customer data records
• Take payments and handle collections
• Serve as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platforms
• Maintain detailed records of customer accounts in CRM
• Work closely with team to identify and resolve issues through effective problem solving techniques

MUST HAVES: (Requirements)

• High school Diploma; Higher education preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in telephone customer interactions
• Proficient computer skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Friendly and enjoy meeting new people
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

NICE TO HAVES: (but not required)

• Knowledge in agronomy or plant health
• Experience using CRM platforms
• Experience in digital marketing

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
