This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience required, offering full training and ongoing support. Whether you’re starting your career, changing industries, or seeking greater flexibility, this role is designed to help you succeed from day one. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls ,texts and email, and virtual meetings
- Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates
- Maintain and manage client records and documentation
- Offer outstanding service with a client-focused approach
- Work independently and contribute to team goals in a virtual environment
- No prior customer service or insurance experience needed
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-disciplined, organized, and motivated
- Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
- 100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the U.S.
