Full details are available upon request. Job Details The firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate for its Dallas office to support a commercial real estate transactions practice. This role works closely with senior attorneys locally while also collaborating with colleagues nationwide on complex real estate matters. Key Responsibilities & Experience:
2–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions
Experience with property types such as retail, industrial, multifamily, and office
Drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements (required)
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and mixed-use developments preferred
Exposure to pre-litigation real estate disputes, affordable housing, land use, or zoning matters is a plus Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Texas
Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skill
