RN PCU PRN - Days or Nights
- Maintains safe practice by demonstrating unit-specific clinical competency and compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Ensures safe and effective handoff communications and documentation between caregivers.
- Participates in peer interviewing and peer review processes.
- Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone.
- Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments.
- Participates in hourly rounding using the AIDET technique to improve patient outcomes.
• Competence with the EPIC charting system [Preferred] Education: • Associate's of Nursing [Required]• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Field of Study: • Graduate of a school of nursing • in nursing Work Experience: • 1+ years of recent and relevant experience [Required] Licenses and Certifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]• Basic Life Support-CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) [Required] Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)
