Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, and letters of medical necessity in an outpatient setting.
• Ability to follow physician orders, payer authorization requirements, and clinic policies.
• Willingness to participate in student clinical education as assigned preferred.
