Lawn Treatment Technician
North by Northwest is hiring a Lawn Treatment Technician / Spray Technician to help maintain healthy, safe, and beautiful outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients.

Pay: $21-26/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, year-round

As a Lawn Treatment Technician, you will apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to residential and commercial properties. You will manage your own route, inspect lawns and landscapes, identify issues, and become a trusted expert for customers who want vibrant, well-maintained properties.
What You’ll Do
You will:
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn or landscape treatments.
- Identify turf and plant issues, including weeds, insects, disease, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Calibrate, operate, and maintain spray equipment, including ride-on and backpack sprayers.
- Keep accurate application records in compliance with state regulations.
- Drive a company vehicle safely and arrive at job sites on time.
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic treatment questions.
- Follow product labels, safety procedures, and company standards on every property.
- Take pride in clean, consistent, high-quality work.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- A valid driver’s license.
- A Texas Pesticide Applicator License, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience in lawn care, turf management, spraying, pest control, or landscape maintenance preferred.
- Comfort working outdoors in Texas weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
