Cloud Solution Architect - Modern Work and Copilot

Invoke, a 100% Microsoft-focused partner, is seeking an experienced engagement delivery consultant for the AI Business Solutions consultant to primarily focus on the Microsoft AI (Copilot) and content & collaboration stack, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the underlying technologies. Experience with migrations from on-premises to Microsoft 365 and Tenant-to-Tenant migrations and a willingness to adopt additional skillsets, including Purview and Copilot is a plus. This position presents the opportunity for growth with increasing responsibilities, which may include influencing direction and business around AI Business Solutions.
Responsibilities
Working on some of the largest and leading-edge engagements; the role of the Cloud Solution Engineer is to be customer-facing and to play an active role in modernizing customers’ journey to embracing AI and cloud-based content & collaboration on the Microsoft cloud. Which includes:
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft solutions that provide secure cloud collaboration capabilities that are tailored to customers' business needs, which includes the Microsoft 365 suite of content & collaboration solutions, Purview, and Copilot.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on Microsoft cloud content & collaboration, and Generative AI strategies and direction.
- Lead Adoption Change Management efforts with Business Groups and Business leaders, including communicating and presenting to business leaders.
- Customize and optimize existing customer’s environments to take advantage of cloud-native collaboration & Generative AI capabilities (Copilot).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft cloud content & collaboration technologies and related integrations, addressing customer-facing challenges effectively.
- Provide technical leadership to include product development, community involvement, and technical oversight of engagements.
- Effectively address customer blockers for cloud content & collaboration, including governance, compliance, data lifecycle management, and identity management.
- Lead presales scoping efforts to create and deliver Statements of Work for prospective customers.
- Collaborate in an innovative work environment – knowledge sharing and learning from others.
- Through Product Management and Service Delivery leadership collaboration, create and deliver effective service delivery offerings to assist customers in enhancing their AI and content & collaboration capabilities.
The role will involve delivering throughout the customer engagement lifecycle and we expect confidence with performing discovery, analysis, design, and implementation of solutions. In addition, confidence in meeting with customers and leading workshops will be necessary for success.
General Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT professional services delivery.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect or Consultant for Microsoft 365.
- Highly motivated individual who exercises diligence in their work and an attitude of willingness to be successful.

- Demonstrate confident presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously or with a team.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with proficiency in all relevant Microsoft AI (Copilot) and content & collaboration solutions.
- Team player willing to assist peers to increase collective agility and success.
- Meticulously attentive to details.
- Strong understanding of AI (Copilot) and content & collaboration technologies and Microsoft compliance features.
Role Specific Requirements:
- Proven design, planning and implementation experience with the Microsoft suite of cloud collaboration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
- Experience in working with implementing Microsoft cloud collaboration technologies and migrating non-cloud collaboration technologies to cloud collaboration Microsoft solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly AAD) Conditional Access solution, integrations, and deployment options
- Experience working with customer Productivity and Security teams to help provide guidance in moving to cloud-based management.
- Experience working with customers in adopting new technologies to include Organizational Change Management by developing end-user, help desk, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience working with Microsoft’s scripting (PowerShell) and low code with Power Platform to extend and customize capabilities.
Role Specific Preferred Experience:
- Experience in design, implementation, and adoption of M365 Copilot.
- Experience in design, implementation, and adoption of Copilot Agents (Copilot Studio).
- Experience in design, implementation, and adoption of Purview.

- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (Exam MS-900)
- Messaging Administrator Associate (Exam MS-203)
- Teams Administrator Associate (Exam MS-700)
Preferred Certifications:
- Identity and Access administrator Associate (Exam SC-300)
- Endpoint Administrator Associate (Exam MD-102)
- M365 Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate (Exam MS-721)
Compensation:
- This position is full-time offering a base salary and monetary incentives.
