About the Position
We are currently seeking a Class A CDL Yard Jockey to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This position involves moving trailers within the yard, and drivers will not leave the premises. The pay rate for this role is $25 per hour.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $25 per hour
- Schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday: 6 AM - 6 PM
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 7 AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 12 PM - 6 PM
- Saturday: 6 AM - 6 PM
- Sunday: OFF
- 12-hour shifts daily except for a 6-hour shift on Fridays
Key Responsibilities
- Move trailers within the yard as required.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
