• Consult & Close: Meet with homeowners to inspect damage and present tailored roofing and construction solutions.
• Win the Territory: Prospect and develop new leads through local networking and strategic neighborhood outreach.
• Customer Advocate: Resolve inquiries and navigate the claims process to ensure our clients get the best possible outcome.
• Lead the Process: Use our CRM to manage your pipeline and stay ahead of deadlines.
• Build the Brand: Create and present compelling sales materials that showcase why we are the "Warriors" of the industry.

The Warrior Profile (Qualifications):

• Battle-Tested: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement (construction knowledge is a huge plus).
• Tech-Ready: Familiarity with CRM platforms to keep your "battle plan" organized.
• Elite Communicator: Ability to build instant rapport and negotiate with confidence.
• Self-Starter: You don’t need a drill sergeant; you are detail-oriented and driven by targets.
• Mobile: Reliable transportation and the ability to perform roof inspections (climbing ladders is part of the job).
