Director, People Operations (HR)
- Lead People Operations: Oversee all core HR functions, including payroll, benefits, HRIS management, compliance, and employee data management
- Scale the Employee Lifecycle: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes for every stage of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into people-centric strategies. Lead and execute initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and retention
- Leverage Data: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, diagnose operational issues, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the organization
- Manage HR Systems: Act as the primary owner of our HRIS and other people-related technologies, ensuring data integrity and optimizing system functionality
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing People Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role focused on People Operations, ideally in a high-growth technology or SaaS company
- Expertise: Proven expertise in HR operations, systems, and processes. Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Strategic Mindset: A track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that directly support business goals
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment

- Base Salary: $160,000-$175,000
- Bonus Opportunity: 20%
