Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay up to $35/hr + Bonuses + OT

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment, piping, and building systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system issues.
• Conduct preventative and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform tasks such as welding, plumbing, carpentry, pipe fitting, aligning, balancing, insulating, assembling/disassembling, and machinery installation.
• Use a wide variety of tools including hand tools, power tools, hoists, drills, saws, wrenches, measuring instruments, and electronic testing devices.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Work independently or collaboratively to support production and operational needs.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of industrial maintenance experience .
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and reading technical drawings/blueprints.
• Welding experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Consistent work history over the past 12 months.

• Ability to consistently follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions (cold, warm, wet/damp).
• Must supply own basic tools.
