In this vital role, you will serve as the essential bridge between our trade partners, consumers, and internal teams. Handling inbound calls, chats, and emails, you will troubleshoot issues, schedule services, and deliver top-tier support to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, empathetic customer support in both Spanish and English across phone, chat, and email channels.

• Troubleshoot customer and partner issues promptly to deliver effective resolutions.

• Schedule service appointments and manage ongoing support requests.

• Maintain high engagement and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English fluently.

• Relevant Experience: Previous virtual call center experience or applicable retail customer service background.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.

• Tech Savvy: Intermediate proficiency in a Google Workspace environment (Gmail, Sheets, Chat, Forms, etc.).

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.

• Must be willing to work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
