Read King is seeking a Property Management Administrator to assist with the day-to-day functions of the property management department. The primary responsibility for this position is to support our property management team by performing administrative work and working closely with the team to ensure all tenant requests are completed expeditiously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintain the master tenant contact database.
•Maintain the master vendor contact database.
•Maintain the vendor list, utility account, and contact list for each property.
•Maintain lease files, vendor files and property files.
•Establish and maintain relationships with tenants and vendors.
•Maintain tenant and vendor insurance certificate files and obtain certificates as needed.
•Maintain the tenant sales report for each property and ensure tenant compliance withsales reporting requirements.
•Document and respond to tenant service requests.
•Process work orders and maintain schedule of active work orders with job status.
•Confirm satisfactory completion of repairs with tenants and/or vendors; Prepare incidentreports.
•Provide administrative support to the Director of Property Management and PropertyManager.
•Basic knowledge of Yardi.
