Data Analyst
Department: DHA DMLSS Program
Location: San Antonio, TX (open to remote)
NIKA is hiring for a Data Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) DMLSS Division.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Conduct process reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Prepare presentations and briefings that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
Maintain data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems and reports.
Support project planning, tracking, and evaluation efforts.
Stay current on best practices, emerging tools, and technologies in analytics and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant analytical experience (varies by level).
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or similar).
Working knowledge of database systems and query tools (e.g., SQL) preferred.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
Ability to obtain CAC
Preferred Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query
Experience in process improvement, performance measurement, or project management.
Familiarity with data governance, quality assurance principles and database administration.
Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Knowledge of DMLSS/LogiCole FM standards and procedures.
