Your Mission as an Account Executive You are the critical first step in our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility is to build the pipeline with qualified opportunities for our senior Account Managers. Serve as the initial point of contact for our lead generation activities. Prospect and engage lead lists from our CRM. Identify and qualify businesses with 10+ phone lines that are interested in upgrading their phone systems and saving money. Achieve a daily goal of 1-2 qualified live transfers or scheduled appointments through a target of ~200 daily calls. We Invest in Your Growth This isn't just a job; it's a clear-cut career path. We are dedicated to promoting from within. Account Executive: Start here, learning the foundations of sales and lead generation. Account Manager: After 6 months of successfully hitting your performance metrics, you are eligible for promotion to an Account Manager. This role focuses on closing sales, comes with a higher base pay, and has significantly greater commission opportunities. Supervisor: As you master the sales process, you can advance to a Supervisor role, where you will lead, develop, and manage your own team. Pay & Schedule Base Pay: $20.00 per hour Commissions: Generous, uncapped commissions for every qualified lead (appointment or live transfer) you generate. Paid Training (Mandatory): Dates: Monday, November 17th - Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 Time: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (In-Office) Regular Schedule (Post-Training): Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 4:00 PM (30 hours/week) Path to Full-Time: Account Executives who consistently meet their performance goals will be eligible to increase their hours to a maximum of 40 per week within their first 30 days of employment.
