ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate team members
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with marketing and social media efforts
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
