Project Manager
IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, Texas. This role involves overseeing community engagement initiatives within the consumer insights and customer experience space. The organization operates in a client-focused industry dedicated to enhancing customer loyalty and competitive intelligence.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Manage and develop the community engagement calendar for multiple online communities focused on customer loyalty and research.
- Plan and implement engagement strategies that utilize points-based systems to boost participation in retention and research activities.
- Coordinate with platform vendors to ensure smooth operation and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, IT, and program owners to align activities with business goals.
- Track and communicate community health metrics and competitive data updates to stakeholders.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- Mid-level experience in community management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to plan and execute a content and engagement calendar for an online community.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating across multiple teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
