Remote VP of Engineering Leadership

In this role, you will be a key leader driving technical excellence and scalable product delivery within a global organization. You'll influence the integration of AI capabilities into our products, ensuring they meet customer needs effectively. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the technology strategy aligning with business goals.
- Oversee the entire engineering lifecycle including product development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Lead recruitment and development of high-performing engineering teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
- Manage the transition towards AI-native development practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective product releases.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships that support engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud architecture, and multi-tenant systems.
- Proven track record with AI/ML technologies and practices.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
